Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident status. A DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited dental school and a valid Kentucky dental license are required.
A passing/satisfactory score on the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE) is not required to apply to the OMS program but is a requirement for admittance.
