The Resident Selection Committee considers all applications for interview only when a complete application is received.
Applicants must have U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or one of the following visa types: TN, J1, F1. A DMD or DDS degree and a valid Kentucky dental license are required.
A passing/satisfactory score on the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE) is not required to apply to the GPR program but is a requirement for admittance.
